Each piece is created by hand using the finest quality leather. Leather is an organic material, slight imperfections in texture and color can be expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each design. We make sustainable choices by using materials, whenever possible, that are produced in a way that minimizes harm to the environment. All leather and feathers used in KHH designs are byproduct derived or re-purposed scraps.

How secure is this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
SHIPPING
Products are shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS priority mail. International packages are shipped USPS first-class mail. Allow items 5 to 10 business days from time of purchase for delivery. Contact us if you need express shipping: info@kellyhorrigan.com.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I take pride in my craft and in the fine detailing of my work. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. Exchanges and refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. There are NO refunds or exchanges on custom or sale items.
